f-denkena e94fca5ae1 daemon: auto --resync on first use after successful dry-run 
Both RCLONE_TEST required. Never after a failed normal run. Partial
listings abort. Enables config after live resync.

f-denkena a15af4964b linux: assume DataStorage already mounted at ~/DataStorage 
No LABEL/findmnt probe. Dropbox and workdir live under that tree.

f-denkena f517cbd7ed install: DataStorage D:\Dropbox, create workdir, git bootstrap 
Windows bootstrap.ps1 and Linux install.sh clone public Gitea repos,
build the fork, enable logon + 15-min bisync.
