f-denkena 7f2ee3dce4 windows/bootstrap: skip winget; install portable MinGit and Go 
DesktopAppInstaller on this host returns 0x8a15000f with an empty
winget index; source reset does not recover it. Fetch MinGit and the
go.dev windows-amd64 zip into LOCALAPPDATA instead.

f-denkena a70a66defa windows/bootstrap: repair empty winget source before install 
0x8a15000f ("Data required by the source is missing") aborts Git.Git /
GoLang.Go install on a virgin DesktopAppInstaller cache, then iex dies
on missing git. Reset+update the source once, pin --source winget, retry
without the pin, then fail loudly if the index is still empty.

f-denkena e94fca5ae1 daemon: auto --resync on first use after successful dry-run 
Both RCLONE_TEST required. Never after a failed normal run. Partial
listings abort. Enables config after live resync.

f-denkena f517cbd7ed install: DataStorage D:\Dropbox, create workdir, git bootstrap 
Windows bootstrap.ps1 and Linux install.sh clone public Gitea repos,
build the fork, enable logon + 15-min bisync.
