Add xmlns:sec="http://www.sec.co.kr/" namespace to DIDL-Lite responses as required by Samsung TV DLNA implementations. This namespace is used by working DLNA servers like MediaBrowser/Emby for Samsung compatibility. Based on research of open source DLNA servers that successfully work with Samsung TVs. See #9346
