Nextcloud only stores a checksum which is supplied in the OC-Checksum
header of an upload, and discards it again when the modification time
is set with PROPPATCH. Re-sending the checksum in the PROPPATCH (as is
done for ownCloud) is rejected by Nextcloud with 403 Forbidden which
made the whole PROPPATCH fail, so SetModTime returned an error on any
object which had a hash. Uploads from sources without hashes, eg
streamed uploads with `rclone rcat`, were stored with no hash at all.
Use the Nextcloud PATCH extension with the X-Recalculate-Hash header
to have the server calculate and store the SHA1 of an object after a
streamed upload and after setting the modification time. This gives
a server side hash of the stored data which also lets rclone verify
streamed uploads.

Replace custom rem hugo shortcode template with HTML comment. HTML comments are now
allowed in Hugo without enabling unsafe HTML parsing.
Improve the text in the comment: Remove unnecessary quoting, and avoid impression that
make backenddocs has to be run and results committed, since we have a lint check which
will then report error because we want to prevent manual changes in autogenerated sections.
Disable the markdownlint rule line-length on the autogenerated marker line.
Make the autogenerated marker detection a bit more robust.

This adds a new optional parameter to the backend, to specify a path
to a unix domain socket to connect to, instead the specified URL.
The URL itself is still used for the rest of the HTTP client, allowing
host and subpath to stay intact.
This allows using rclone with the webdav backend to connect to a WebDAV
server provided at a Unix Domain socket:
rclone serve webdav --addr unix:///tmp/my.socket remote:path
rclone --webdav-unix-socket /tmp/my.socket --webdav-url http://localhost lsf :webdav:
This provider:
- supports the `X-OC-Mtime` header to set the mtime
- calculates SHA1 checksum server side and returns it as a `ME:sha1hex` prop
To differentiate the new hasMESHA1 quirk, the existing hasMD5 and hasSHA1
quirks for Owncloud have been renamed to hasOCMD5 and hasOCSHA1.

The most popular keyword for the Sharepoint in-house or company
installations is "On-Premises".
"Microsoft OneDrive account" is in fact just a Microsoft account.

Add new option option "sharepoint-ntlm" for the vendor setting.
Use it when your hosted Sharepoint is not tied to the OneDrive
accounts and uses NTLM authentication.
Also add documentation and integration test.
